Hello,​

This is Geno Velasco, I believe I am an Artist by heart. ♥​

​

Well, long before pursuing my studies in Fashion Design, I have been sketching and creating fashion pieces for God knows how long!

​

I finished my Fashion Design Education at the Fashion Institute of the Philippines, the country's top-notch fashion design school with flying colors. Luckily, I was named - one the new top designers to watch out for.​

​

I underwent instructions from the country's renowned designers - John Herrera, Shanon Pamaong, Jojo Lopez, Korinne Vinarao, Hazel Cargado and Oz Go whom I interned for, for his fall 2012 Collection for the Philippine Fashion Week.

I was handpicked by One MEGA Group Inc. to be a finalist to the latest season of the Mega Young Designers Competition - The All Stars! which aired on TV every Mondays 7pm and Sundays 10am on ETC Channel(Local) and GMA Pinoy TV (Abroad). This also gave me the opportunity to work under the supervision of some of the country's biggest names in the fashion industry with the likes of - Chris Diaz, Michael Carandang (America's Next Top Model Producer), and Patrick Galang to name a few.​​

The brand Geno Velasco Couture was awarded the Little Pink Book Preferred Vendor for bridal gowns for the year 2013 by BridalPod.

 

I am now based in Dubai but continue to cater to everyone, everywhere.

 

With the invaluable knowledge I acquired from the Philippine's best Fashion school -the FIP and my mentors, an impeccable taste in Fashion Design and keen eye on details, I am sure to present you with nothing but the best.
